Tools and techniques used in
hypnosis & Wellness
There are many tools and techniques that can go into a hypnotherapy session in order to reach the clients goals. These empowering tools and techniques can help create foundational work, remove barriers, reinforce change so you can live in your full potentiality.
A session may last between 1 to 2 hours and may include any combination of techniques and tools including; Suggestions, Affirmations, Guided meditation, Breath-work, Parts-work, Childhood regression, Eye Movement Therapy [EMT], Neuro-Linguistic Programing [NLP], Somatic techniques, Core transformation, Inner child work,
re-parenting work, Past life regression, Fast tapping. At my discretion and depending on the readiness of the client, certain processes and tools will be used in no particular order and time.
While in the hypnotic state, we have direct access to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is where we have our beliefs and emotions that have been programmed in us since the womb. The subconscious mind is also used for learning. We have learned to feel and behave a certain way through family, friends, society, our perception of the world and our reality. We see and feel the world with the lens of our subconscious mind, reacting to triggers, events and behaviors. Some thoughts and behaviors can be sabotaging to our wellbeing and happiness. Hypnosis can be a great way to learn new strategies and instill positive information for deep transformation. All modalities used help to acknowledge, process, transform and release blocks in mind, body soul. This work also enhances success in any and all aspects of your life.
